Illustrated Interviews From the Changing Russian Wilderness

Ecological comics publication on Medium, based on interviews I conducted in Russia, covering the topics of climate change, human-nature relationships, and rural living in Russia, 2018.

I carried out this project as part of an artist residency in Saint Petersburg, at the Pushkinskaya 10 Art Center in 2017. Each interview is represented with a different artistic medium, including collage, crayons, pencils and inks, to express the wide variation across the lives and stories of the people who I met.
